Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Yes. Order today and your box will be packed and sent by tracked international post in time for Christmas. Post gets busier through December, so the sooner you order, the more breathing room you have.
Why are there only 200 boxes?
Every box is packed by hand in the UK, so we've limited this Christmas batch to 200. When they're gone, we can't promise another batch in time for Christmas.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
No. Customs duties are covered by us, so there's nothing extra to pay when your box arrives.
How do the bonuses work?
After you order, we'll email you your personal codes: $20 off your next British Essentials order, plus free shipping on it. Use them any time in January to stock up on the favourites you can't get locally once Christmas is over.
What if something arrives damaged?
That's covered by the Proper Christmas Guarantee. Send us a photo and we'll replace or refund anything damaged or missing.
What about allergens?
The box contains milk, wheat (gluten) and nuts. Toffifee contains hazelnuts, and other products may contain traces of nuts. Full ingredients and allergen information are printed on every pack.
What if a product is unavailable?
Very occasionally we may need to swap an item for one of equal or greater value. We'll always keep the box true to a proper British Christmas.
